JAPAN’S NAVY.
REDUCTIONS UNLIKELY, BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYEIGHT TOKIO, Nov. 25. Japan is willing to send delegates to another Washington conference, according to- a statement issued by the Foreign Office to-day. The majority of the Japanese experts are agreed, however, that further concessions in the matter of naval reduction, or a change in the number of auxiliary craft and aeroplanes are unlikely, owing to popular sentiment against any American proposals, caused by the Immigration Act and the American naval manoeuvres at Hawaii.
