(From Our Own Correspondent.) At the Magistrate's Court, held at Manaia on Monday, before Mr A. M. Mowlem, S.M., the following cases were dealt with, in each case judgment for plaintiff being given bv default, with costs; J. s. McKay V. George Epae, claim £7B Is lid; A. G. Bennett v. Te Awa Pipi. £5 6s; 11. B. Gibson v. A. White. £6 6s. Judgment summons: Order by consent was made w‘ ai r] sd /- d i X- Elkington in favoiu- of fl. B. Gibson for the sum of £24 17s bd at the rate of £1 per month.
