, atmosphere cleared. TROOPS PARADE IN CAIRO. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT. Received Nov. 26, 12.35 p.m." CAIRO, Nov. 25. The atmosphere has improved. British troops again paraded the city this morning, and most of the students are at the schools, but none ''working. The situation seems generally to be approaching riorfiial. The new Cabinet is remarkable, inasmuch as it includes representatives of Islam, Christianity and Judaism, and was also formed most rapidly. Zirwar was surprised by the summons to the palace. Nevertheless, he completed his task in six hours. The Chamber’s resolution' of pretest, inter alia, reaffirms Egypt’s cause, namely, the complete independence of Egypt and the Sudan, and declares that Britain seized the occasion to, carry out Imperialistic plans, ignoring constitutional life and attacking . the agricultural life.of the country. The Chamber asks the League of Nations to intervene on behalf of a peaceful, helpless nation. —Reuter. EGYPTIAN-TROUBLE. PARLIAMENT ADJOURNED. 'Received Nov. 26, 2.40 p.m CAIRO, Nov.'2s. A Royal decree adjourns Parliament for a month.
