(Received Nov. 26, 11.55 a.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 25. At a general meeting of the Deutsche Bank a proposal was sanctioned for the conversion of paper mark capital to the extent of 1500 millions into gold capital of 150 millions, whereof shares totalling forty millions were sold to a London banking group, headed by the Schroeder Company. The. shares will be disposed of in foreign markets, which are most favourable at the moment.
