MUSSOLINI’S PROMISE. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT, (Received Nov. 24, 1.50 p.m.) ROME, Nov. 23. In .the winding up of the Home Affairs debate Mussolini decared That he had always tried hard to separate party affairs from Government affairs and solemnly promised the tubmittal of questions to Parliament with a mew to the return to a normal constitutional regime. The debate was characterised by attacks on the Government for curtailing the freedom of the press and of en S a ging in unconstitutional practices.
