QUESTION OF CONTINUANCE. EY CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. Received Nov. 24, 2.30 p.m LONDON, Nov. 23. It is expected that an announcement regarding the. continuance of Wembley in 1925 will be made after a meeting of the Executive Council on Monday. Mr Stevenson informed the Observer that the conditions laid down by the Government will be fulfilled. The support premised is satisfactory. In the meantime it is reported that the. British pleasure resorts are organising a campaign against the continuance cf Wembley, on the ground oflosses last season, owing to the diversion of visitors to London.
