At Auroa, on Friday, the 21st,, we had a light yarding, but a good sale. We quote.- Aged pedigree bull £ls 15s, 2-year bulls to £8 ss, yearling bulls £5 10s, forward, cows £3 15s to £4 15s, works, cows’£2 16s to £3 10s, working bullocks £l2 10s, bullock dray £42. * At the sale of fat stock at the Egniont A. and P. show grounds oii Thursday, 20th inst., a pen of 2-vear steers brought £lO, two three-year fat bullocks £l2 7s 6d, a pen of two prime four-year bullocks made £l6 15s, falling to Mr M. Barraclough’s bid. A fat Hereford heifer brought £l2 10s, also to the same purchaser. Two extra heavy prime cows brought £ls 10s and £l4 15s, Mr M. McDonald, of Stratford,. being the purchaser of these Lighter fat coivs £l2 ss, £l3. FROZEN MEAT 'QUOTATIONS. > 4.' Kliot, Ltd., Palmerston A orth, have received cable advice from Messrs. Remarks: Lamb pi higher, wethers no change, ewes $d higher, beef -Jd higher.
