♦ EXAMPLE TO THE WORLD. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. PALMERSTON N., Nov. 22. Following addresses, by Air. .Cutteii (president df the Young People’s League) and Air. Stebbing (secretary), it was decided to form a branch locally. In the course df his address Air. Cntten said that next year he proposed taking six months’ leave and touring the Dominion from end to end, until branches have been established everywhere. If that were done, resolutions passed by the league would carry weight, and in time this compact Dominioh could show an example to the world.
