Received Nov. 21, 9.50 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 20. Sir Godfrey Collins (chief Liberal whip), speaking at the National-Liberal Club, said he must use the recent ireverse for the Liberals as education towards victory. They are aiming at placing 500 candidates in the held early and sustaining steady propaganda by means of funds arised democratically to support a policy of lofty idealism, in touch with life’s realities. They must not allow Liberals to drift towards extreme parties on either side.
