THE ROSEDAY CASE. DISQU AM FI C ATI O N UPHELD. ‘ DUNEDIN, NovSlO. The hearing of the appeal by J. Richardson, owner of Roseday, D. P. Wilson, jockey, against the disqualification of twelve months by the Gore Racing Club, was concluded to-night. Mr. G. Curry .stipendiary steward at the meeting, gave evdence. The Dunedin District Committee then deliberated and decided to dismiss the appeal. • The deposits of £5 each were forfeited. TO TRAIN KING’S HORSES. NEW ABPOTNTMFiNT MADE.
