Cebes’ sweetheart confided in him that Thibaut took her to lunch, plied her ,ivith wine, and then took advantage of her. Cebe iiiimedia,tely went to Thibaut and shot him dead, aria then discovered that his sweetheart had lied. She.had been Thibaut’S Plaything for two years. Cebhs collapsed, when he heard this.
