FARMERS’ CO-OP. REPORT. / At Opunake on Monday, 17tli inst., we had a light yarding, effecting a good clearance at latp rates. We quote: Weaner pigs 14s to 16s, aged woolly ewes with 50 per cent, lambs at foot 35s ,Bd, yearling hulls 6J to 7 gns., maiden two-year bulls £9 9s to £ls 15s, best fat cows £8 Is to £8 ’ss, others £5 2s 6d to £6, forward cows £3 15s to £4 10s, works cows at late rates, poor-conditioned coloured yearling heifers £1 3s to £2 2s. At Manaia, on Tuesday, 18th inst., prices were very good over a small yarding. Good store pigs 345„ weaners 14s 6d to 18s, two-year bulls £8 Bs, yearling bulls to £6 ss, works bulls £3 8s to £7 14s, fat cows to £6 4s, forward cows to £3 10s and £4 15s, works and boner cows sold well at late rates, yearling heifers £2 15s, guaranteed cows, second calvers, £8 to £ll, dairy heifers £4 15s to £7.
