ACQUITTAL GN RE-TRIAL. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Nov. 17. At the Supreme Court to-day Walter McCarthy, an electrician, was re-tried on a charge of having received stolen electrical material, the jury having disagreed at the first trial. After an hour’s deliberation the jury returned a verdict of not guilty and the accused was discharged.
