Mr Justice Herdman, commenting, Said the prisoner was guilty of a callous and heartless outrage on a defenceless woman with whom he had kept company for 18 months. Edward Lesky, two charges of indecent assault on two little girls, one of common assault on a little girl, and assault on Miss Minnie Salek, with intent to do grievous bodily harm in Albert Park, was sentenced to 11 years’ hard labour.
