Received Nov. 14, 10.15 a.m. BERLIN, Nov. 14. Stresemann, in a speech at Dortmund, declared that tlie German Government had done its utmost to. bring the period of Allied military control to an end. There was only, one way of doing so, and that was to permit the Allies to make a general inspection, which costituted the final act. He added that there can be no doubt that the inter-Allied- Commission will admit that Germany is now completely disarmed. — Times.
