Parliamentary Secretary for Trans-port-Colonel jf. T. C. Moore-Brabazon. Parliamentary Secretary. to the Board of- Education—The Duchess of Atholl. Postmaster- General. — Sir William Mitchell-Thompson. Minister-for Pensions —Major G. C. Tryon. • Minister for Transport—Colonel Wilfred Ashley. Under- Secretary far India Earl Winter ton. Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs— Mr Ronald' McNeill. The post -of Under-Secretary for the Colonies,has been offered to Mr W. G. A.
