PALMERSTON NORTH SESSION
(BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. PALMERSTON N., Nov. 12. At the Supreme Court this morning, before Mr. Justice McGregor, Charles Bernard. Miller, Frederick McKinley, John Ratlmv Dunlop, and Arthur Swain, all four of whom were yesterday found guilty of receiving a stolen quarter cask of whisky at- Napier. wq.ro. sentenced —McKinley. Dunlop and Dfiller each to two years’ bard labour, and SAvaiu to reformative detention not exceeding two years.
