I(RY TELEGRAPH —.PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Nov. 12. At the Supreme .Court to-day Beniamin Harrison -Shu tee. found guilty of manslaughter in connection with the death of Reginald Louie Short, following on the stabbing affray in the Aurora Hotel on the night of October 10, he was sentenced by Judge Heidma.n to seven years’ imprisonment.
Rani lLiko, for carnal knowledge, wps given twelve months’ reformative treatment.
Frederick Morris Dix, for an unnatural offence with a male, was given three years’ -reformative treatment. Albert Edward Carpenter-, for forgery, uttering, etc., was sentenced to two years’ reformative treatment-.
