National patriotic bodies intend to make a great occasion of the reburial, the date of which has not been announced. The War Office pronouncement comes at a time when*the Foreign Office is preparing to renew its formal protest against exclusion ‘to aslungton, which is politicallv necessary before the Diet convenes* in December.—Sun.
