FOUND DROWNED.

- —_ ' NATIVE’S TRAGIC END. (by telegraph;—press association. TAURANGA, Nov. 10. The body of a Native named Tutonu Ehiamoe was found on the besmh in the harbour yesterday. He was last seen on October 25, but no anxiety was felt tjll a- few days ago. It is presumed that in crossing the railway bridge across the harbour that night to go to the native settlement at Matapihi he fell into the water. At the inquest a verdict of “found drowned” was returned. There, was no evidence to shqyr how he met his death. Deceased was previously in the Coromandel district and came here ■a few days ago. He leaves a widow and six children.
