LICENSING REFORM
“KEEN DISAPPOINTMENT.” (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Nov. 7. The New Zealand Licensing Reform Association passed the following resolution: “That this meeting expresses its keen disappointment that legislation for reform of the licensing system has not been finally dealt with during the session just closed, but, realising the. difficulties of the position created during the last days of Parliament, now strongly urges that licensing legislation be made the first business of the next session.”
