MOTION AGAINST LABOUR. DEFEAT IN VICTORIA EXPECTED BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 7, 11.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 7. Notice of his intention to move no confidence in the Prendergast Ministry when the Assembly meets on Tuesday was given by Mr Allan, leader of the Country Party, consequent on the negotiations between the Nationalists and the Country Party, which are now united. It is expected that the Labour Ministry will be defeated when it comes to the vote.
