NO SALES TO RUSSIA. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION- -COPYRIGHT Received Nov. 6, 9.50 a.m. . - OTTAWA,. Nov. 5. Calgary and Alberta will not sell horses to Russia'this year, as negotiations have failed. The Russian Soviet wanted 1000 hors’es, to be paid for after delivery. The Canadian 'agents insisted on payment before shipment. The Russians had intimated that if the first consignment ..was satisfactory they would purchase 15,000 horses.—ReutCr
