Dakota 150,000, ih Washington 1 0,000, in Utah 4000, in West Virginia 35,000, in Kentucky 2000. lowa re-elected the Republican contingent of eleven representatives, and Ramill. the Republican Governor. Ohio, despite its Republican Presidential plurality, re-elected Donahv (Democrat) Governor, i .Illinois elected three woniien to tile State Legislature. Mrs Ross .(Democrat) was leading Sullivan, her Republican opponent, for the Governorship.
