THE ’FRISCO MAIL, (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 5. In reply to representations that, if the ’Frisco -steamers’ departure is delayed, business, people would be able to reply by outward mail, the postal authorities point out that one day would benefit Wellington only, hut other places would require up to three, and this would dislocate ihe connections in America, Already it is difficult to get New Zealand mails handled there promptly, and holding up steamers here would disarrange everything.
