CONFESS TO CRIME. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 5, 10.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 4. Willis and Willie Newton, two of five brothers, from Texas, arrested in Chicago in connection with the two million dollar mail train robbery at Rondout last June, confessed and pleaded guiltq. Ten others are under arrest, hut the police are unable so far to obtain a return of any of the money.
