Collars must be of good leather equal to sample sent with tender. Collars must be one inch wide and at least 22 inches long, and to have brass labels fixed with rivets and stamped “Patea County, 1925/ ’ and numbered consecutively in bundles .of 25. Dies for stamping will.be supplied by the Council. COLLECTOR, Applications will be received on the same date at the same place from persons willing to collect Dog Tax at a commission to be named.
