TO STUDY MILITARY AFFAIRS. BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received Nov. 3, 2.15 p.m.) TOKIO, Nov. 2. It is reported that Chichibu, the Emperor’s second son, is to visit Europe in 1925, and intends to stay for three to four years to study military affairs. The date of departure has not yet been decided.
