He adds that supplies during recent years have largely probable requirements. '' hue there was no-anxiety, yet there was a possibility of Australian and Argentine crops not reaching the forecast. Ihen there, would be a danger of upsetting the equilibrium. Russia would not have much available for export, and the new crops of several European countries are of poor quality.
