■V 9 INSTITUTE DECIDES ON ACTION. t ' (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Nov. 1. . Following legal advice, the executive of the New Zealand Educational Institute has decided to bring proceedings in the Supreme Court to obtain a ruling on the right of boards to pursue, the practice of readvertising teaching appointments. The Institute holds that once applications are • sent in a board is bound to make an appointment from the highest graded applicants on the list.
