y “FACTORiES EVERYWHERE.” LONDON, Oct. 11. M. Daniel Befthelot, .the famous French chemist, states that recent experiments by a number of French chemists in regard to the production of motor spirit from animal and vegetable substances have been crowned with success.
According to the Paris correspondent of the Times, M. Berthelot says: “In less than five years you will see factories for the production of artificial petrol going up throughout the country and in competition effectively with nautral petrol.”
