ANOTHER-BOGUS CIRCULAR. A LONDON, Oct. 4. Someone attempted auother hoax on the British Communist Party this week. A circular, ostensibly from the party’s headquarters, was issued, inviting 1000 British workmen to go to Russia, where, it was promised, they would find immediate work, travelling and hoarding accommodation to be free. ' The Communist Party in London was recently hoaxed by circulars sent out in its name calling a supposedly important conference.
