Signor Marconi, who is visiting here in the course of a Mediterranean cruise, during which he is experimenting on board his yacht, says he believes lie has solved the problem of secret wireless communication between any two points on the globe without •in intermediary station; also the problem of acceleration in transmission, which will reduce the cost of messages to one-twentieth of the present rates.
