HALVING EXPENSES ON TRANSFERS OF ASSETS. A low scale of commission is charged by the Public Trustee on the realisation of assets, of estates. Yet even, these low rates are reduced by practically one half when the terms of the will and the nature of the estate permit, of a transfer of assets in kind to the beneficiaries.
