At the Presbyterian Hall last evening a splendid address on “Life in the Royal Navy” was delivered by Mr Reg. Stevens, late of the Imperial and Australian Navy, who is touring the country under the auspices of the National Committee of the New Zealand Y.M.C.A. The lecturer vividly narrated many exciting incidents of which he had had personal experience, and at the conclusion of his address, which was listened to throughout with vapt attention, a hearty vote of thanks, moved by Mr L.
