CORRESPONDENCE.

HIGH SPEED CYCLISTS. (To the. Editor.) .Sir, —Is there not a by-law dealing with cyclists who ride round corners at high speeds? To-day I saw one pedestrian who had been a victim and another only missed by a hair’s breadth. I have seen, quite often, cyclists turning into High Street as if they were taking a bend in a cycle race. Most of the culprits are youths, and big enough to know better. Perhaps a serious accident will make people realise the danger.—l am, etc., NEARLY ANOTHER. VICTIM. October 23, 1924.
