♦ MUST BE THE ROADS! WASHINGTON. Oct. 2. A return has been issued by the Public Works Department showing that there is one motor car for every six persons in the United States. The number now is 15,500,000, an increase of 2,500,000 over last year. The largest percentage of car s is on the Pacific .Coast, where there is one for every 3 persons.
