Breeders of fat lambs in the Eltham district will be interested to know that Mr. John Quin, who has purohas°d the old-established flock of purebred Southdown ewes and ewe horrrrets from' M*\ Raymond Hunt, of “Rbsemount,” Waverley. Mr. Hunt’s Southdowns are well known throughout the North Island, having for a number of years broucht the top price at many of the .'leading fairs. The sale was made through the agency, of the Farmers’ Co-op. Organisation'.
