ORDER OP FAVOURITES. (by TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON. Oct. 17. The Postmaster-General states, in reference to a telegram from Oamaru re the publishing of the tote order of favourites in races, that circumstances have since arisen which necessitate the reconsideration of the matter.
