The Government Meteorologist telegiaphed that for the twenty-four hours from 9 a.m. to-day the indications are
for westerly wmd s , moderate to strong, veering by west to north and freshening. • Mild and hazy conditions, with increasing haze and cloudiness. ’ Barometer falling after about 24 hours. Seas rough; tides good.
