Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following' cablegram from their London house, under date of the 6th inst.: “The following are the provisional dates of commencement of the wool sales for the new season: January 20, March 10, May 5. Later series are not yet fixed. The list of arrivals will probably close fourteen days before tlie commencement of the sales, unless it is found necessary to limit quantities to be offered.” The New Zealand'Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. has received similar cable advice.
