CYCLISTS FINED.

RIDING WITHOUT LIGHTS. Gaps have been made in the ranks cl the cyclists Avho ride along Gloi’er Itoad without lights, for half a dozen ol them were dealt with by Mr. J. S. Baicon, S.M., at the Maivera. Magistrate s Court to-day. A- youth named Joseph Barry was the. first on the list, it being stated that Avhen stopped lie told Constable lidgeon that he had run out of carbide at Nonnanby.
