BREACH OF FAITH. ALLEGED BY' MEN. (BY TELEGRAPH —PREK3 ASSOCIATION ~) CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 6. t A breach of faith on the part of the GoA’ernment in connection Avith the secret ballot, now being taken at railway AA-orkshops on the hours question, is alleged by the men at Addington AA-orkshops. They hold that under the term; casual men are wrongly being depriA’ed of vot-ee. Some pf them have been employed over 20 years, and 198 men are affected.
