A SAVING DEVICE' Ford; users will be interested in a new device for the purpose of eliniinI ating all electrical troubles and promoting slower and sweeter running of their cars without stalling. It is a special attachment for the . elimination of troubles with the Ford commutator. The clevice drives off the timing gears by an ingeniously fitted helical gear and works in a perpendicular manner, similar to , that of the Hudson, Essex and Buick cars. Instead of .high tension current being distributed by four Ford coils, as is the case with all present models, only one coil is required, the current being conveyed to a distributing centre through a set of contact points fitted with a large condenser, and from thereon to each respective sparking plug.
