Another very successful, euchre party and dance was held by the Druids'-in the hoi-esters’. Hall last night, 140 playpi’s taking part. The following were the prize-winners:—Ladies: Mrs Des“ond 1/ Mrs Bailey2, Mrs Rudge 3, Mrs O Connor 4. Mrs-Walsh© 5, Mrs G Brough (silent prize). Gentlemen: Mr 1. Keegan 1, Mr B. Burgess 2, Mr is tone 3, Mr G. Mill 4, Mr W. White 'j’ . r • Desmond (silent prize). Dancing was then indulged in untii an early hour, music being provided by the Premier Orchestra. An excellent supper was provided by the ladies’ committee. Messrs W. Ramsay and N. Grant acted as M.’sC. It is intended to hold another euchre and dance and also a children’s fancy dress - ball (by request). Particulars will be advertised later.
