OBITUARY.
MRS ESTHER MANDEL. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION. 1 WELLINGTON, Oct. 3; Cable advice lias heen received today announcing the death in London of Airs Esther Mandel, widow of tlie late Joseph Mandel, well known in Dunedin, Christchurch, and Wellington. She was horn in Wales, and lived in New Zealand for 47 years. It it understood she is to he buried in h<ew Zealand.
