BRITAIN’S QUOTA. 8? cam.®—PRSRB ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHI (Received Oct. 2, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 1. n Preliminaries in connection with the German loan, undertaken in conjunction _ with the Bank of England and leading American bankers, are so advanced that the loan will probably be floated simultaneously all over the world in a few weeks. The American share has been fixed at 100,000,000 dollars, and the remainder will be isissued in ' European countries in sterling. The apportionment of the various countries has not yet been decided. The British quota will probably be in the region of £10,000,000 to 000.—Reuter. NEW YORK, Sept. 30. Six thousand delegates attending the American Bankers’ Association Conference in Chicago formally approved the. forthcoming two hundred million dollars loan to Germany. The company also recommends American bankers to have nothing to do with financing Russia so long as the present regime remains in power. 1
