Her articles expired to-day and the crew refused to sign on the ■ new articles, giving as their reasons that in the past they had received insufficient food. Other seamen and firemen ashore in Lyttelton declined to, ship in her. The agents . this evening communicated with the charterers, Messrs. Holm and Co., of Wanganui, and it is expected that satisfactory arrangements will he come to, to-morrow and the vessel will get away.
