They state that they round everywhere immense openings for British trade. Regarding Russia, Mr. rlannon declared that the position is that not a single industrial financial organisation •in any of the countries bordering on Russia would give Russia one day’s credit. Any business has to be transacted on a strictly cash basis. Statesmen, bankers, and business men were unanimous in declaring that under the existing regime Russian credit lias been completely destroyed.— Times.
