RUSSIAN CREDIT DESTROYED
*Y GABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-COPYRIGHT Received Oct. 1, 8.50 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 30. nr Hannon and Sir P. Dawson, M.P.’s, have returned from a tour of Baltic countries bn behalf of an industrial group. They state that they round everywhere immense openings for British trade. Regarding Russia, Mr. rlannon declared that the position is that not a single industrial financial organisation •in any of the countries bordering on Russia would give Russia one day’s credit. Any business has to be transacted on a strictly cash basis. Statesmen, bankers, and business men were unanimous in declaring that under the existing regime Russian credit lias been completely destroyed.— Times.
