KAISER’S LETTERS;

HATRED OE ENGLAND FORTY YEARS AGO.

LONDON, Sept. 12. Tour hitherto unpublished letters, written by the ex-Kaiser during 188485, betray the embryo war lord’s intense arrogance and hatred of England, even at that early date. . The letters; which were written to the Czar Alexander while William was Punce of Prussia, recently appeared in the official Soviet publication, ~Red Archives.

They show William’s belief that his father, Frederick, was in the hands of his mother, Victoria, Princess Royal of> Britain. His mother, he declared", was controlled by the’ Queen of England, and made his father see everything through English spectacles. Later, he urged the Czar to mistrust his English uncles. When speaking about the then Prince of Wales, afterwards King Edward VII., William was most bitter.

Referring to Edward’s intended visit to Berlin, he said: “I 1 am not in the leasu enchanted by this unexpected apparition. You must excuse me; he is your brother-in-law. With his false, intriguing nature he will doubtless try to advance the interests of the Bulgar. ‘ “* al 'y Allah send him to .hell or to *■' Turk, or he will busy himself in politics behind the scenes with the ladies.”
